Registration

  • Click 'Register' button to go to the registration page


  • Fill in your contact information and upload your company Business Registration copy


  • You will receive an account activation email. Please click the activation link to activate your VSHIP account


  • Your registration is completed

  • Click 'Register' button to go to the registration page


  • Input your Tradelink account Username and Password to login


  • Fill in your contact information and submit


  • If you do not receive the activation email, please check your spam folder to see if it has been directed there by your email filter. If it is not found, please contact our Customer Service hotline at 2917 8811, we will re-send the activation email to your mailbox

  • Only registered shipper can post RFQ on VSHIP platform. Create a VSHIP account is simple and free. Please click here to register now

RFQ Posting

  1. Login VSHIP account
    • Go to VSHIP.com
    • Enter Login Email and Password

      *New Registration
      If you are new to VSHIP, please click 'Register' button for registration
  2. Post Request for Quote (RFQ)
    • Select 'Request for Quote' on side bar
    • Select Full-Container-Load (FCL) / Less-Container-Load (LCL) / AIR Freight (AIR) tab
    • Input mandatory fields (which with * asterisk next to field)


    • Input extra information if necessary

      Tips: Please uncheck the box if you are not the Freight Payer.
      Recommend to fill in your Target Price and Total Target Price.


    • Click 'Submit'
    • Receive a VSHIP RFQ number
    • Submitted RFQ awaiting review and offer by Forwarder/Carrier
  • Select 'My RFQ' on side bar
  • You can review your RFQs status including :
    • Offering / Confirmed / Expired / Cancelled
    • Number of offer received


  • Click "View" button to view details of specific offer under this RFQ


  • On Offer Summary page, click 'Confirm'*
  • You will receive an offer confirmation email with contact details of this service provider


  • Receive 'Confirm Offer' email. You can contact the service provider for shipment arrangement

  • *NOTE: There is no service charge for confirming an offer on VSHIP!
  • In 'Preference' option, you can set your preference for receiving notification email:
    • Daily Offer Summary
    • Specific origins & destinations of RFQs


  • No, there is no service fee for posting RFQ

  • On 'Request for Quote' page, select 'Dangerous Goods' at 'Commodity Type' column
  • Click 'Attach MSDS' button to upload your MSDS documents



    After you have pressed the 'Confirm' button, a confirmation page will appear. You will receive an confirmation e-mail with all your booking details and service provider's contact information including contact name, phone number, and email address.

    You can then reach out to your appointed service provider to make arrangement for the shipment including freight payment.

    There is no service charge for confirming an offer on VSHIP.


Functionalities and Features

  • On 'My RFQ' page, click 'Edit' button to edit your RFQ content


  • Click 'Save as New Version'button to submit

  • On 'My RFQ' page, click 'Cancel' button
  • Select your cancellation reason and click 'Submit'


  • On 'My RFQ' page, click 'Copy RFQ' button


  • The system will create a new RFQ with your copied shipment details
  • Edit the shipment date and other information if necessary
  • Click 'Submit' to submit your new RFQ

  • On 'My RFQs' page, click RFQ to open shipment details
  • Click 'generate offer summary'icon to download your offer in PDF document


  • At 'Service' section, you can access to Tradelink's Trade Declaration Service and Insurance-link Service:
  • Tradelink's Trade Declaration Service helps shippers to lodge trade declarations with enhanced efficiency and accuracy
  • You can easily and instantly obtain free quotation and purchase cargo insurance through Tradelink Insurance-link Service


Registration

  • Please call VSHIP hotline at (852) 25991700 or email to sales@vship.com. Our colleagues will guide you through the simple steps for registration.

  • Yes. Please tick the 'Enable Shipper role' check box in the registration form and we will enable the shipper role to your account


Offer Posting

  • You will receive our daily notification email to keep all RFQ summary status up-to-date. This email provides a quick overview of active RFQs, as well as a recap of your offerings.

  • In 'Preference' option, you can set your preference in receiving these notification emails:
    • 'Request for Quote' from Shipper
    • Give offer reminder
    • Today's Offer Summary
    • Specific origins & destinations of RFQs


  1. Login VSHIP account
    • Go to VSHIP.com
    • Enter Login Email and Password

      If you are new to VSHIP, please call VSHIP hotline at (852) 25991700 or email to sales@vship.com for registration.
  2. On 'All RFQs' page, click RFQ to open shipment details
    • Full-Container-Load / Less-than-Container-Load / Air shipment will be marked with LCL / FCL / AIR label respectively


  • Click 'Give Offer' on the RFQ you would like to proceed


  • Enter to Offer Summary Page


  • Input mandatory fields (which with * asterisk next to field)


  • Please pay attention to charge unit of each item for accurate quotation


  • After you finish inputting all the charges, click "Calculate" button and a charge summary with subtotal and total amount will be displayed


  • Click 'Submit' to submit the offer
  • Submitted offer awaiting review and / or confirmation by shipper
  • If the shipper confirms your offer, the RFQ status will show 'Offer Won'
  • If the shipper confirms the offer with another service provider, the RFQ status will show 'Offer Lost'


  • If the shipper confirms your offer, you will receive an notification email with shipper's contact information. You can contact the shipper for shipment arrangement


  • If the shipper confirms your offer, you will receive a notification email with shipper details including its contact information. You can then contact the shipper for shipment arrangement


Functionalities and Features

  • On 'My Offer' page, click 'Edit' button to edit your offer content


  • Click 'Save as New Version' button to submit

  • On 'My Offer' page, click 'Cancel' button to cancel your offer


  • Select your cancellation reason and click 'Submit'

  • The 'Charge Template' function is for you to create and save frequently used charge in different templates so as to save your time to make offers in response to RFQs. To use this function, select 'Charge Template', input template name and select ship mode for this template
  • Click '+' or '-' to add / delete charge item
  • Click 'Save' to save the template


  • When making offer, on Offer Summary page, click 'Search Charge Template' and select your saved template to apply


  • This function allows you to create login for your co-workers. This function is particularly useful if you have different co-workers responsible for different shipping routes. With the account set up for your co-workers, they can make offers for their responsible routes
  • To invite a user to your VSHIP account, click 'Invite Share User'


  • Fill in the information of the user you are inviting to VSHIP platform
  • Click 'Send Invitation'
  • The new user will receive an notification email


  • Yes. On 'All RFQs' or 'My Offer' page, you can hide RFQs which you are not interested
  • Click the 'Eye' icon next to the RFQ you would like to hide
  • To unhide and resume to view all RFQs, tick the 'Show Hidden RFQ' check box on the left side bar
